KrVital provides educational nutritionist consultation services, including:

4. Consultation Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Consultations must be booked through our contact form or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in a fee and may affect future booking privileges.

5. Professional Relationship

Our consultations establish a professional relationship for the purpose of providing nutritional guidance and education. This relationship:

  • Is not a relationship with a healthcare provider
  • Does not constitute medical advice or care
  • Should not replace consultations with qualified healthcare professionals
  • Is based on information you provide, which you warrant is accurate and complete

6. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
  • Inform us of any health conditions or concerns relevant to the consultation
  • Consult with appropriate healthcare providers before making significant changes to your supplement or skincare routine
  • Use the information provided for educational purposes and personal decision-making
  • Not hold KrVital responsible for decisions you make based on our guidance

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and provided during consultations, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of KrVital and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • KrVital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim
  • We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of information provided
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our guidance
